Mad Fiddler Labs tests whether new products are worth building before building them. Each page on this site describes a product in development.

Who is responsible

What we collect

• A random number generated for each page view, so we can count visits. Nothing is stored in your browser: no cookies, no local storage.
• Which page, price and buttons you saw and clicked.
• Your email address, only if you join a waitlist and tick the consent box.
• Your answers to the optional price survey.

We do not use third-party trackers or advertising cookies on these pages. Ad platforms that sent you here may record the click on their side under their own policies.

Why, and on what legal basis

We use your email to tell you once when the product you signed up for launches, based on your consent. We use the anonymous counts to decide which products to build, based on our legitimate interest in not building things nobody wants.

How long we keep it

Emails are deleted after we send the launch email, or after 12 months if the product does not launch. Anonymous counts are kept for analysis.

Deposits

Where a page offers a refundable deposit, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card details. Deposits are refunded on request, and automatically if the product does not launch.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@madfiddlerlabs.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
